JPMorgan Hires Michael Flynn to Lead Small-Cap Banking Business
JPMorgan has hired Michael Flynn to lead its new small-cap banking business. The team will focus on clients in commercial and specialized industries with enterprise values of roughly $100 million to $500 million.
Flynn joins JPMorgan from G2 Capital Advisors, where he was a managing director. He will be based in New York and will oversee the new small-cap investment unit that operates from hubs in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.
The team will initially focus on diversified industries, consumer and retail, and business services. Flynn has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and private equity.
