JPMorgan Introduces High-Risk Notes Linked to Reddit and Spotify Stocks
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new financial product called Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Class A Common Stock of Reddit, Inc. and the Ordinary Shares of Spotify Technology S.A.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a high return on their investment, with a contingent interest payment of at least $60.375 per $1,000 principal amount note, equivalent to a contingent interest rate of at least 24.15% per annum.
The notes will be automatically called if the closing price of one share of each reference stock is greater than or equal to its strike value on any review date, other than the first, second, third, and final review dates.
The product has a maturity date of August 31, 2028, with interest payment dates occurring every three months. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., and investors should be aware that they may lose a significant portion or all of their principal investment.
