JPMorgan Issues $13.294 Million in Review Notes Linked to Dow, Russell, Nasdaq Indices

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued $13.294 million worth of review notes linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell 2000 Index, and Nasdaq-100 Index.

The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium if any of the indices is at or above its Call Value on a Review Date.

The earliest date an automatic call may be initiated is September 15, 2027. If this occurs, investors will receive $1,000 plus the applicable Call Premium Amount for each note.

If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value of any Index is less than its Barrier Amount, investors will lose more than 30% of their principal amount at maturity.
