JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Barrier Notes Tied to Palantir Stock
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Auto Callable Barrier Notes Linked to the Class A Common Stock of Palantir Technologies Inc., a high-tech firm.
The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on the Review Date, the closing price of one share of the Reference Stock is at or above the Call Value. The date on which an automatic call may be initiated is September 10, 2027.
If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value is greater than the Initial Value, investors will receive a payment at maturity equal to $1,000 plus ($1,000 × Stock Return). However, if the notes are automatically called, the payment upon an automatic call may be significantly less than the payment at maturity for the same level of appreciation in the Reference Stock.
The notes involve a number of risks, including credit risk and market disruption events. Neither the Securities and Exchange Commission nor any state securities commission has approved or disapproved of the notes.
