JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Notes Linked to Carrier Global Corporation Stock
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is issuing Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to the common stock of Carrier Global Corporation (CARR). The notes are designed for investors seeking a Contingent Interest Payment if the closing price of one share of CARR on any Review Date is greater than or equal to 60.00% of the Initial Value, known as the Interest Barrier.
The earliest date an automatic call may be initiated is March 1, 2027. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Investors should be willing to accept the risk of losing a significant portion or all of their principal and the risk that no Contingent Interest Payment may be made with respect to some or all Review Dates. The notes will not make fixed interest and dividend payments, in exchange for the opportunity to receive Contingent Interest Payments.
The estimated value of the notes would be approximately $970.00 per $1,000 principal amount note if priced today. The notes are expected to price on or about September 1, 2026, and settle on or about September 4, 2026.
