JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Notes Linked to iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes linked to the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, due August 30, 2029.
The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium if the closing price of one share of the Fund is at or above the Call Value on the Review Date.
The notes will be automatically called for a cash payment, equal to $1,000 plus the Call Premium Amount of $157.50 per $1,000 principal amount note, payable on the Call Settlement Date if the closing price of one share of the Fund is greater than or equal to the Call Value.
If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value is greater than the Initial Value, the payment at maturity will be calculated as $1,000 plus ($1,000 × Fund Return × Upside Leverage Factor) of 1.50.
