JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Yield Notes Linked to Thermo Fisher, Danaher, and Lam Research
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is issuing Auto Callable Yield Notes linked to the common stock of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Danaher Corporation, and Lam Research Corporation.
The notes will pay at least a 14.92% per annum interest rate over their term, assuming no automatic call, with interest payments made monthly.
The earliest date for an automatic call is January 11, 2027, which occurs if the closing price of each reference stock on any review date (excluding the final one) is greater than or equal to its applicable Call Value.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and carry a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
