JPMorgan Issues Step-Up Auto Callable Notes Linked to S&P Global 100 PR Index

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has announced the issuance of Step-Up Auto Callable Notes Linked to the S&P Global 100 PR 5% Daily Risk Control 0.5% Deduction Index (USD) ER, with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as guarantor.

The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any Review Date (other than the final Review Date), the closing level of the S&P Global 100 PR 5% Daily Risk Control 0.5% Deduction Index (USD) ER is at or above the Call Value for that Review Date.

The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is October 1, 2027. The notes are also designed for investors who seek uncapped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation of the Index at maturity if the notes have not been automatically called.
