JPMorgan Issues Uncapped Buffered Return Notes Linked to S&P 500 Futures
JPMorgan Chase & Co., through its subsidiary JPMorgan Financial Company LLC, is issuing a new type of investment product called Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index.
The notes are designed for investors who want an uncapped return of 1.585 times any appreciation of the index at maturity but are willing to take on significant risk, including losing up to 85% of their principal amount.
The notes will be priced on September 3, 2026, and settle on or about September 9, 2026, with a minimum denomination of $1,000. The estimated value of the notes when set was $974.30 per $1,000 principal amount note.
