JPMorgan Launches Digital Barrier Notes Linked to ARK Innovation ETF and Major Indexes
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has announced the pricing of its Digital Barrier Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the ARK Innovation ETF, the Russell 2000 Index, and the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector Index.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a fixed return of 10.70% at maturity if the Final Value of the least performing of the three underlyings is greater than or equal to 50.00% of its Initial Value.
However, investors should be aware that they may lose more than 50.00% of their principal amount at maturity if the Final Value of any Underlying is less than its Barrier Amount.
The ARK Innovation ETF is actively managed and presents additional risks compared to passively managed funds.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., but payments on the notes are subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Financial, as issuer of the notes.
