JPMorgan Leads $5 Billion Debt Package for Volta AI Data Centers
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has initiated outreach to potential lenders for a $5 billion debt package to fund Volta Infra Holdings Ltd.'s expansion of its AI data centers.
The new artificial intelligence cloud company secured $300 million in venture funding earlier this month, valuing it at $2.4 billion, to help more tech firms access costly AI chips.
JPMorgan is leading the debt package, which will support Volta's buildout of its AI data centers.
