JPMorgan Raises Piedmont Realty Trust Target to $11
Piedmont Realty Trust (NYSE:PDM) has received an updated price target from JPMorgan Chase & Co. The firm raised its target from $10.00 to $11.00, indicating a potential upside of 15.61% from the company's current price.
This is not the first time PDM has been targeted by analysts. In August, Robert W. Baird increased its price objective on Piedmont Realty Trust from $9.00 to $10.00 and gave the company a 'neutral' rating. Weiss Ratings also cut shares of Piedmont Realty Trust from a 'sell (d+)' rating to a 'sell (d-)' rating in July.
JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s price target would suggest that investors can expect an increase of approximately 15.61% in the company's stock price. However, other analysts have taken a more cautious view, with one investment analyst rating the stock as 'Buy', two giving it a 'Hold' rating, and one a 'Sell' rating.
The consensus rating among analysts is currently 'Hold', with an average price target of $10.67. PDM's current market capitalization stands at approximately $1.19 billion.
