JPMorgan Recruits Senior Healthcare Banker David Blais from Guggenheim

JPMorgan Chase & Co has hired senior healthcare investment banker David Blais from Guggenheim Securities. According to two people familiar with the decision, Blais will join JPMorgan as managing director later this month.

Blais focuses on mergers and acquisitions in healthcare services. He will report to co-heads of healthcare investment banking Jerry Lee and Nick Richitt.

This move marks a return for Blais to JPMorgan, where he worked between 2007 and 2010. Prior to joining Guggenheim Securities in August 2014, Blais was a director in mergers and acquisitions at Citigroup.
