JPMorgan Snags Bank of America Veteran as Tech Deal Head
JPMorgan Chase is strengthening its investment banking group by hiring David Fishman from Bank of America. Fishman, a veteran dealmaker, will join JPMorgan later this year as head of North America technology mergers and acquisitions.
Fishman spent nearly 16 years at Bank of America, most recently serving as co-head of technology, media and telecommunications investment banking. He resigned from the bank earlier this week.
JPMorgan is elevating Vineet Seth, current head of technology M&A in North America, to vice chair of investment banking. Both Fishman and Seth will serve on the bank's Technology M&A Leadership and Advisory Council.
