JPMorgan Snags Top Banker from BofA
JPMorgan has poached Amy Lissauer, an M&A banker from Bank of America.
Lissauer was a managing director at Bank of America and will now join JPMorgan's investment banking division. The move comes as no surprise given the intense competition for top talent in the industry.
JPMorgan has been expanding its ranks, particularly in the M&A space, to better compete with rivals like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
