JPMorgan Chase & Co. has significantly increased its stake in Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AMS) to above the 5% regulatory threshold.

The US-based financial giant now holds a combined voting rights of 5.120376%, or 11,244,555 voting rights, up from a previously disclosed 5.026616%. This marks an increase in JPMorgan's stake in AMS, which surpassed the 5% mark on August 20, 2026.

The significant portion of JPMorgan's exposure to AMS comes from financial instruments with equivalent economic exposure, primarily cash-settled equity swaps. According to the TR-1 notification filed via RNS on August 24, 2026, these swaps account for approximately 1.081839% of AMS's total voting rights.
