JPMorgan Trims Stake in Pinewood Technologies Group to 6.07%

JPMorgan has adjusted its stake in Pinewood Technologies Group PLC (GB00BSB7BS06), reducing its total holdings to 6.072285%. The financial institution's voting rights attached to shares decreased to 3.566765% from 3.607572% as of August 25.

The notification, filed with the London Stock Exchange's Regulatory News Service, shows JPMorgan's voting rights through financial instruments also declined to 2.505520% from 2.556805%. The firm holds 4,105,346 direct voting rights in Pinewood Technologies Group.

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC holds 5.979493% of the combined voting rights and financial instruments position. The holdings are controlled through JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s subsidiaries, including JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited, and J.P. Morgan Capital Holdings Limited.
