JPMorgan Unveils Buffered Digital Notes Linked to Nasdaq-100 and Russell 2000 Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Buffered Digital Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Nasdaq-100 Index and the Russell 2000 Index.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and are designed for investors seeking a fixed return of 21.05% at maturity, provided that the Final Value of either index is greater than or equal to its Initial Value or less than its Initial Value by up to 20.00%. However, if the Final Value of either index is less than its Initial Value by more than the Buffer Amount, investors may lose some or most of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are priced on August 7, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about August 12, 2026. The minimum denomination for each note is $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
