JPMorganChase Names Experienced HR Pro as New Head
JPMorganChase has made a significant appointment in its human resources department. Aditi Mahadevan Nair, an experienced HR professional, has been named as the bank's new Head of Human Resources.
Nair is based in Singapore and will lead talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce transformation at JPMorganChase. With over two decades of experience in banking and telecommunications, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.
Nair has held various HR positions at Barclays, Citi, and Bharti Airtel before joining JPMorganChase. Her qualifications include an MBA in HR and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
