JPMorgan's Bullish Call: Salesforce Shares Soar on $250 Price Target
Salesforce shares rose nearly 2% after J.P. Morgan initiated coverage with an Overweight rating and set a $250 price target, indicating a potential 29% gain by December 2027.
The bank's forecast suggests that Salesforce's equity value could increase by approximately $46 billion if the company meets its growth projections.
J.P. Morgan analyst Samik Chatterjee believes that Agentforce and Data 360 are key drivers of growth for the company, with Agentforce's annual recurring revenue growing 205% year-over-year to $1.2 billion.
The upcoming fiscal second-quarter results on August 26 will be crucial in determining whether Salesforce can translate AI adoption into organic bookings and meet its growth expectations.
