Kalshi Inc., a New York-based company, plans to file for regulatory approval to offer single-stock perpetual futures in the U.S. The targets are Tesla (), Apple (), and Nvidia Corp. ().

The filing is expected as soon as next week with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kalshi is seeking joint regulation of the never-expiring futures as a security futures product, aiming to expand contracts in commodities to include agriculture.

'It's about time that these products come to the US, under a regulated umbrella with the right set of guardrails and customer protection,' said Tarek Mansour, the company's co-founder and CEO.
