Kauffman's 'DINKS' Breaks New Ground for Multi-Camera Sitcoms on Amazon

Marta Kauffman, the legendary creator of 'Friends,' is back with her first-ever multi-camera sitcom, 'DINKS.' The show, which stands for 'dual income, no kids,' will be produced in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, Lionsgate, and Publicis Media Content Innovation (PMCI).

'DINKS' will star June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer, who are married in real life, alongside series regular Jon Gabrus. The show is being financed entirely by PMCI, a break from the traditional TV financing model.

Kauffman co-created 'DINKS' with Hannah K.S. Canter and executive produces under their Okay Goodnight banner. The show's logline states that it follows a couple who decide to build a life together by renovating their dream house.
