Kelce Dives into Luxury Real Estate with $5.35M Ohio Mansion
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have found a new home together in Ohio. The NFL player purchased an Elizabethan-style Tudor mansion on Lake Erie, spanning over 21,140 square feet.
The estate, known as 'Moyenage,' was built between 1895 and 1904 and once belonged to the president of Sherwin-Williams. Kelce closed on it in March for $5.35 million, down from an initial ask of $6.99 million.
Located in Bratenahl, a wealthy Cleveland suburb with about 1,400 residents, the property sits near a private airport and offers stunning lake views. The mansion features eight bedrooms, a home theater, game room, fitness center, wine cellar, heated pool and spa, as well as a guest cottage.
The purchase marks a return to Kelce's hometown area and puts him and Swift close to his relatives in the region. Locals expect occasional sightings of the couple but do not anticipate full-time residency.
