Klarna Group plc (KLAR) shares have been rising overnight due to significant insider buying. CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski acquired a large stake in the company last week, purchasing 692,506 KLAR shares worth about $9.95 million at a weighted average price of $14.3669.

This latest buy brings Siemiatkowski's total ownership to over 25.3 million shares. The acquisition is a positive sign for investors, as it demonstrates the CEO's confidence in the company's future prospects.

The company has been performing well, with revenue of $1.04 billion in Q2, up 27% year-over-year and ahead of Wall Street estimates. However, Klarna cut its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $4.08 billion and $4.16 billion, citing foreign exchange headwinds and weaker-than-expected German volumes.

CFO Niclas Neglén is expected to present at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia and Technology Conference on Sept. 9, where he may provide operational updates and potentially hint at forecasts.
