Knott's Berry Farm Unveils New Mazes for Scary Farm

Knott's Berry Farm has announced its new additions for this year's Knott's Scary Farm event, set to take place from September 17 through October 31. The theme park will feature two new mazes: Unearthed, an archeology-themed maze, and Inked, a maze inspired by old-school animation.

Inked is particularly noteworthy for its eerie atmosphere, featuring animators bringing to life a Mickey-like cat using their own blood. This nostalgic nod has drawn comparisons to Walt Disney's Silly Symphony-style dancing skeletons introduced earlier in the night during the Nightmares Revealed event.

The new additions join eight returning mazes from previous years' Class of mazes, marking the 53rd season of Knott's Scary Farm. Additionally, the park is introducing two new shows: Occultum, a partnership with Los Angeles' Magic Castle in the Bird Cage Theatre, and Voodoo Bayou's Edge on the Calico Mine Stage.
