Landscape Capital Management L.L.C. acquired a significant position in Home Depot's shares during the second quarter, purchasing approximately $1.634 million worth of stock.

This new stake is not an isolated instance, as several other institutional investors have also increased their holdings in the home improvement retailer.

According to SEC filings, Brighton Jones LLC boosted its position by 36.5% during the fourth quarter, while Sivia Capital Partners LLC grew its stake by 7.1% in the second quarter.

The recent earnings report from Home Depot showed a strong performance, with sales of $47.86 billion and adjusted earnings of $4.92 per share exceeding analyst consensus estimates.
