Christoph Hamann, General Manager of Merck Healthcare Korea, recently reflected on leadership and its role in creating conditions for people to think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward together.

Hamann's experience as a leader has taken an unconventional path. He began in investment banking, moved into consulting, and ultimately found his way into healthcare after working across seven countries and holding roles at global, regional, and local levels.
