LegalZoom Brings Business Formation and Attorney Support to Microsoft 365 Copilot

LegalZoom has launched an agent integrated with Microsoft 365 Copilot, making it easier for small business owners to access legal services and connect with attorneys. The new integration is available through the Microsoft Marketplace and combines LegalZoom's expertise in law with the productivity capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Copilot users can now use voice commands to explore business formation options, review documents, and access attorney consultations without leaving their workflow. For example, a user can ask Microsoft 365 Copilot 'I want to start a business, what should I do?' and the LegalZoom agent will guide them through the process of forming an LLC or other business structure.

The integration also streamlines access to attorney consultations by allowing users to explore available topics, such as contracts, intellectual property, and employment matters. Users can then schedule consultations with eligible attorneys in the LegalZoom network.
