Legends Global Bolsters MENA Presence with Key Appointments

Legends Global has appointed Mark Jan Kar as senior vice president for strategic projects in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. He will oversee all new business opportunities in the area while maintaining control over the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, where Santiago Olea is now general manager.

Olea previously worked at another Legends Global venue, the King Abdullah Financial District Conference Centre in Riyadh.

The appointments aim to support growth in the region. In November, Legends Global partnered with Saudi Arabia's Event Investment Fund to support Vision 2030 and invest in venues as they are delivered.
