Legora Unveils AI-Powered Sales Tool Integration with Salesforce
Legora, an AI-powered legal software company, has integrated its sales data into Claude, a tool used by its sellers. This integration allows sellers to access live Agentforce Sales data and use natural-language prompts to find answers, prepare for calls, and update opportunities.
The integration is made possible through Claudeforce, which connects Claude directly to Agentforce Sales via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. This connection enables Claude to draw from past emails, calls, meeting transcripts, contacts, and calendar events, as well as account history, customer calls, campaign activity, and open opportunities.
According to Legora's CFO, David Eckstein, the integration has automated many tasks for its sellers. They can now ask Claude to log call notes, update annual recurring revenue (ARR), or move an opportunity to a new stage, all without having to switch over to the CRM.
The company is seeing a significant shift in Salesforce usage through Claude, with almost 20% of headless tool-call volume being write-back actions. This means that sellers are using Claude to update records directly from the tool, rather than having to manually enter information into the CRM.
