Lil Durk Trial Reveals Shocking Details of Murder-for-Hire Plot
Rapper Lil Durk is facing serious allegations as he stands trial for orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot. Prosecutors claim Durk, in retaliation for the 2020 killing of his friend King Von, ordered hits on rapper Quando Rondo and his cousin Saviay'a 'Lul Pab' Robinson, who was killed in the 2022 shooting.
The prosecution revealed that Durk allegedly paid for the hitmen's flights with his American Express card. This is just one of several new details to emerge from the trial. Prosecutors also claim Durk attempted to flee the country when he learned of the investigation, trying to board flights to Dubai and Switzerland with a private jet booked to Italy.
Durk's defense team maintains that he was in Miami to work with DJ Khaled. However, they place blame on cooperating witness OTF Vonni, claiming he was the true mastermind behind the plot. The trial is expected to last two to four weeks.
