Longtime Resident Donald Leroy Miller Passes Away at 88

Donald Leroy Miller, an 88-year-old resident of Rockville, MD, passed away on July 29, 2026. Born in Williamsport, PA, in 1937, he was the son of Adam George and Catherine Irene (Eck) Miller.

Miller graduated from Williamsport High School in 1956 and attended Williamsport Technical Institute and Florida State University. He worked for several companies, including American Stores & Lundy Lumber Company, M.L. Clasters, Devlin Lumber & Supply, and Home Depot, before retiring in 2009.

Miller is survived by his wife Mary, their six children, 13 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rockville, MD, and enjoyed spending time with his family.
