Lowry Stakes Claim to Lead at Amgen Irish Open

Golf fans are set for an exciting weekend at the Amgen Irish Open as Shane Lowry takes a three-shot lead into the final two rounds.

Lowry's stunning course-record 62 on Friday put him ahead of several big names, including LIV Golf players and defending champion Rory McIlroy.

The former Open champion will tee off at 2:30pm alongside Denmark's Jacob Skov Olesen and China's Haotong Li, while McIlroy will play his third round at 1:08pm with Poland's Adrian Meronk and Frenchman Romain Langasque.
