LTM Teams Up with IBM and Red Hat on AI-Driven Vulnerability Remediation
Larsen & Toubro Group's AI-centric technology services arm, LTM (formerly LTIMindtree), has announced a collaboration with IBM and Red Hat on an initiative called Lightwell. This partnership aims to help enterprises secure their open-source software supply chains through AI-driven vulnerability remediation.
Lightwell is designed to deliver validated fixes and patches directly into production environments without disrupting business-critical applications. The company will offer a full portfolio of services around Lightwell, including remediation strategy, dependency analysis, risk-based prioritization, and large-scale deployment support.
The real value of this tie-up for LTM lies in deepening its position inside two existing relationships with IBM and Red Hat. It extends the company's status as an IBM Platinum Partner into a fresh, security-focused engagement layer.
LTM's Chief Information Security Officer framed the tie-up as a way to bring trusted, AI-driven remediation and software maintenance into the enterprise.
Financially, LTM has seen significant growth in its consolidated revenue, increasing by 15.94% YoY to Rs. 11,863.4 crore in Q1 FY27. The company's net profit also increased by 17.06% YoY to Rs. 1,468.6 crore.
