Magic Kingdom Transforms into Spooky Paradise for Halloween Season
The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is gearing up for the Halloween season with several changes and updates. The park's summer celebrations are winding down, making way for the spooky festivities that start on August 7.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicks off this month and will run through October 31. Guests attending the event can wear Halloween costumes and participate in trick-or-treating, rides, and special entertainment. Exclusive event entertainment includes a Hocus Pocus stage show, starring the Sanderson sisters, Mickey's Boo to You Halloween Parade, and a special Halloween-themed fireworks show.
The park will close early at 6 PM on party nights, which include August 7, 21, 23, 25, 28, and 30. The Happily Ever After fireworks show will move to 9:30 PM from 10 PM on non-party nights starting August 31.
Fall-themed decor is going up around the park, including Mickey pumpkin wreaths and large themed pumpkin displays at the entrance of Magic Kingdom.
