Magic Kingdom's Diamond Horseshoe Unveils Limited-Time Pop-Up Menu

The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom is getting a new limited-time pop-up experience starting October 4. The menu features shareable comfort food, including Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey, Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips, and Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps.

The drinks lineup is also impressive, with non-alcoholic options like Orange Cream Soda made with Fanta Orange, vanilla, and cream, and the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream. The Coal’d Fashioned cocktail features Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, while the High Plains Huckleberry includes 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka.

Reservations for the pop-up will open on September 29, so plan ahead if you want to try this new experience during your fall Walt Disney World trip.
