Man Sets Himself On Fire at NYC Google Office Building
A 63-year-old man set himself on fire in the lobby of a Manhattan building that houses Google offices, authorities confirmed. The incident occurred at approximately 2:58 p.m. on August 28.
The building is located at 315 Hudson St. in Hudson Square and occupies nearly 411,000 square feet of office space, according to a 2024 report by the Commercial Observer.
Police said the man suffered burns throughout his body and was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.
