Manufacturing Digital Names Top Executives Driving Industry Transformation
Manufacturing Digital has released its first-ever Top 100 Manufacturing Leaders List, highlighting executives driving transformation across the sector. The ranking recognizes leaders navigating automation, AI, and geopolitical disruption while reshaping how the industry operates.
The list assesses leaders across four dimensions: seniority, reflecting a leader's position and remit within their organization; scale, reflecting the size and complexity of the operations they oversee; influence, reflecting their impact on the wider industry; and honour, reflecting peer recognition and external accolades.
Roland Busch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens, takes first place, merging the physical and digital worlds to drive industrial automation. Luc Reynaert, Chief Product Supply Officer at Procter & Gamble, ranks second, overseeing more than 100 manufacturing plants and 65,000 employees.
