He highlighted the importance of accessibility across departments, enabling employees to work more efficiently and make better decisions.

Manulife has seen significant value from its AI investments, with over 80% of developers actively using GitHub Copilot, resulting in a 30% increase in productivity. Additionally, AI has eliminated over 400,000 manual intake and indexing tasks within their U.S. claims and servicing operations.
