Marketers Break Free from Screen-Based Chaos with Salesforce's Headless Marketing
Marketers often find themselves spending hours clicking through screens and waiting for analysts to provide data. However, this operational overhead hinders strategy and creativity. To address this issue, Salesforce has introduced Headless Marketing, which allows users to describe their needs in plain language and have an AI agent fulfill them.
The platform uses conversational prompts that can be used today to automate tasks such as journey performance tracking, tracing customer behavior, building targeted audiences, and publishing journeys. The goal is to free marketers from the need to interact with screens and instead focus on high-level decision-making.
Headless Marketing currently supports 10 agent prompts, which have been tested against live orgs. These include asking about journey performance, tracing why a customer didn't receive a message, building targeted audiences, creating HTML emails, publishing journeys, running readiness checks, spotting customers getting too many messages, and auditing journeys for broken assets.
The technology is expected to expand across the Agentforce Marketing portfolio in the future, enabling competitive-response campaigns, holding personalization consistent across channels, and forecasting loyalty promo costs. For now, users can get started by picking one prompt from the list and running it against a journey they already know well.
