Marriott Bonvoy Amex Cards Offer Statement Credits on Welcome Offers

The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant American Express Card and Marriott Bonvoy Bevy American Express Card have elevated limited-time welcome offers through September 30, 2026. Both cards offer bonus points paired with a statement credit, which is unusual for Marriott promotions.

The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant card has the higher annual fee of $650 (Rates & Fees) and the bigger offer, requiring spending of $1,000 per month for six months to earn the bonus points and statement credit. This card comes with complimentary Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status, an annual Free Night Award starting in year two worth up to 85,000 points, and other benefits.

The Marriott Bonvoy Bevy card has a lower annual fee of $250 (Rates & Fees) and a lower spending requirement for the welcome offer. It earns 4X Marriott Bonvoy points at restaurants worldwide and U.S. supermarkets on up to $15,000 in combined purchases per calendar year, then 2X Marriott Bonvoy points. However, it does not come with automatic annual Free Night Award status.

Both cards are part of American Express's affiliate sales network, which may earn compensation when a customer clicks on a link or an application is approved. The offers are unavailable to those who have held certain Ritz-Carlton or legacy Starwood cards in the last 30 days or have received a new cardmember bonus on a Marriott Bonvoy Bountiful, Boundless, or Bold card from Chase in the last 24 months.
