MathCo Names Shanthala Brahmadev as Head of People Success
MathCo has appointed Shanthala Brahmadev as its new Head of People Success. In this role, she will lead the company's people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership capability, and building a high-performance culture to support MathCo's continued global growth in Enterprise AI and Analytics.
Brahmadev brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee experience, and business transformation. Prior to joining MathCo, she was Associate Vice President, Human Resources at HGS Digital, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to over 2,000 employees.
Brahmadev's extensive experience includes HR leadership roles at Resideo, Honeywell Homes, Brillio, and iGATE. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
