McDonald Wins Ovide Doiron Memorial and Secures Championship Title

Cornwall Motor Speedway held its final event of the season on August 30th, with several drivers competing for championship titles.

The Ovide Doiron Memorial was a 40-lap event that served as the finale for the Battle on the Border 358-Modified Series. Brian McDonald took advantage of traffic issues to move around Louie Jackson Jr. and take the lead on lap 25, ultimately capturing his third feature win of the season.

McDonald's victory also secured him the championship title in the Battle on the Border 358-Modified Series.
