McDonald's Reopens After £Major Refurbishment

A major refurbishment of the McDonald's restaurant on Tavern Street in Ipswich has come to an end, with the eatery set to reopen its doors to customers later this week.

The renovation project, which started on the first floor before moving down to the ground floor, has been ongoing for nearly a month. Plans were approved by Ipswich Borough Council earlier this year after McDonald's submitted proposals to update both the interior and exterior of the building.

The revamped restaurant will feature a refreshed dining area with new seating and décor, upgraded customer facilities, improved kitchen and service areas, and a redesigned front counter aimed at enhancing the ordering experience.
