McIlroy and Lowry Lead Charge at Marquee Groupings Announced for Amgen Irish Open
The marquee groupings for rounds one and two of the 2026 Amgen Irish Open at Trump Doonbeg have been announced.
Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry, both past Ryder Cup winners, will tee off together in a late-early split on Thursday afternoon.
McIlroy's group includes Scotland's Robert MacIntyre and five-time major winner Brooks Koepka. They start at 1:35pm.
The second wave is headed by Lowry alongside Patrick Reed and Jon Rahm, who are making welcome returns to the event. Rahm is a two-time past champion, while Reed leads the Race to Dubai standings.
