Merck and KSRM Partner to Improve Infertility Patient Education
Merck Healthcare Korea and the Korean Society for Reproductive Medicine (KSRM) have partnered to develop educational materials for patients undergoing infertility treatment.
The two organizations aim to identify information gaps and communication difficulties experienced by patients, with a focus on creating accurate and relevant information tailored to individual circumstances.
A six-month project will be carried out from September 2026 through February 2027, involving interviews with patients, consultation with reproductive medicine specialists, and the development of educational materials covering testing and treatment stages, treatment decisions, questions for healthcare professionals, and frequently asked questions.
