Merck Joins Perspective Therapeutics to Test Cancer Combination Therapy
Perspective Therapeutics has announced a collaboration with Merck to test their targeted alpha-particle therapy, [212Pb]PSV359, in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in an amended Phase 1/2a study of FAP-α, positive solid tumors.
The trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of combining [212Pb]PSV359 with Keytruda in patients with certain types of non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer that express fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAP-α).
Perspective Therapeutics is sponsoring the study, and Merck will provide Keytruda at no cost.
