Merck Partnership Puts HBAR on Track to Reach $0.09
The Hedera network has secured another major enterprise adoption story after Merck integrated its product-authentication technology, M-Trust, with a digital product passport platform built on Hedera. The platform provides product authentication and blockchain traceability for companies to meet European Union sustainability and supply-chain reporting requirements.
M-Trust embeds security markers into products and packaging that can be checked with a scanner, while the TrackTrace platform provides the digital passport infrastructure. This combination gives companies a way to verify products while maintaining traceable records across their lifecycle.
Hedera's wider positioning as an enterprise-focused blockchain infrastructure is reinforced by this integration. The network has previously been used for pharmaceutical supply-chain infrastructure, including Hedera Consensus Service integration with Medical Value Chain's track-and-trace platform.
HBAR currently trades around $0.075, putting $0.09 approximately 20% above recent levels. A sustained recovery could bring $0.08 into focus first before buyers challenge $0.09.
