Microsoft 365 Services Experience Widespread Degradation
Microsoft is experiencing issues with its Microsoft 365 services, which include OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint. The tech giant has confirmed on its status site that service degradation is affecting these offerings.
The impact of the outage extends to several other services, including Universal Print, Outlook for Android and iOS, Copilot, and Teams. Users are experiencing issues with delays or failures to send or receive emails, unable to load or refresh portions of OneDrive and SharePoint, or being unable to create, upload, or retrieve print jobs.
Microsoft states that it is observing positive recovery trends across the affected environments, but hundreds of reports on Downdetector indicate ongoing issues with Outlook. The company expects 'the vast majority of previously impacted users should no longer be experiencing issues related to this event'.
