Microsoft 365 Users Hit by Widespread Login Issues
Microsoft 365 users experienced issues on Tuesday, September 8, as the software struggled to log in for nearly half of those affected. The outage was reported by Downdetector, which tracks problems with various online services.
The issue started just before 9 a.m., and by 10:30 a.m., there were over 200 reports of problems on the platform. Logging in issues made up about 50% of these complaints.
It is unclear when Microsoft will resolve the issue, but it does not appear to be a widespread outage. Users who rely on the software for work may face difficulties until the problem is fixed.
